27th Annual Community Awards Luncheon

In observance of National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Friends of Yates is proud to host our 27th Annual Community Awards Luncheon, honoring outstanding individuals and organizations whose leadership, advocacy, and public service have made a lasting impact in Kansas City, Kansas and throughout the Greater Kansas City Metro area.
Join us as we celebrate the remarkable people working every day to prevent violence, support survivors, and strengthen our community. The luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m., featuring greetings from local leaders and honored guests, a presentation of community awards, a delicious lunch, and inspiring live musical and dance performances.
As we come together this October, we reaffirm our commitment to breaking the cycle of violence and empowering survivors to heal, rebuild, and reclaim their lives.
